The button to turn it on/off is junk. The controls are confusing. Would not recommend.

Works well and i love the cover it's so soft and feels like velour.
Placing heating pads and trying to get them to stay put is nearly impossible.
Really good for cramps and aches but i do wish the hit setting was hotter.

I do wish there was a bigger difference between the heat settings id say the highest setting is more average than hot but that might be me
