This product is exactly as advertised. It all seems to work perfectly. Not sure why the negative reviews. Lot of people with a lot of drama.

Ultrasonic humidifier is useless. No water flow, no functioning humidifier. They sell 7531, which comes without the pink plug.
These granules clog the machine and will cause it to tell you there is no water when you have a full tank. This does not happen if i buy the pre-assembled filters on my machine.
Clearly they need to ramp up their social media monitoring and get with the program. Please save yourself the aggravation and expense.

My first attempt did not work as the granules became clumpysticky and were not allowing the water to filter properly

On the second attempt i filled the cartridge as before but when immersing in water i shook the unit while submerged until every single air bubble was gone and then left it submerged overnight

In short it is not simply a matter of submerging the filter in water for 24 hours but also making sure all of the air is removed at the outset
