Pros
I am a smart and read things because money spent is money invested. I still have the originals installed after 2 months. It is worth every penny.
Great humidifier. Make sure to use water softerner or better reverse osmosis water because alot of calcium will buildup.
It is quiet, easy to clean, and really cranks out the steam. It shuts off if it runs out of water, and it's very easy to fill the reservoir. I let it sit about 15 minutes and scrub the residue off with a brass brush.
Cons
This humidifier is caked with rock hard mineral deposits with days with only nightly use. Did not increase humidity in my bedroom at all according to the machines own humidity meter.

This time we ordered 2 smaller s250 boneco units from a different seller and they arrived as advertised and with all their parts.
Packaging/appearance
I used the 32 ounces of water (as it said do not deviate from the ratio: 1 packet of cleaner to 32 ounces of water).
No where did it say on the package or quick instruction to plug it in.
Competitiveness
We've tried both steam and cool mist humidifiers and so far like this best, even though it's more expensive.

I was tired of cleaning the humidifiers everyday unplugging the machine carrying it carefully down the hall and into the bathroom while trying not to trip on the cord or the curious children that are always by my side and spill the water everywhere emptying the water tanks soaking the base in vinegar for several hours scrubbing letting it dry out then assembling it all again
