Pros
Boneco f100 desktop air circulator fan. The only thing wrong with this guy, is that you cannot move the angle of the fan.
The on off switch is simplicity itself. A few rapid finger taps gets the fan to the level i want in just a few seconds. The other 2 setting are a little noisier, but not horrible. The only downside is the fan speed and power control, it is touchy.
If you share a room or a cube with someone who complains about noise, this is your fan.
Cons
I still am not sure where exactly the sweet spot is. To be fair, the highest setting is not very powerful.

With a little time and patience, i was able to completely disassemble this fan with a normal philips screwdriver.
There are three speeds with the highest speeding giving you a "shower" circulation of air.
Price
But, it's also not a dyson price point either.
Competitiveness
I can't recommend boneco enough and that floor model (i don't know the model # offhand) is the best fan i've ever owned.
