Purchased as a housewarming gift for my tea loving son. Weight and durability is wonderful and the lid is easy to get off and on. The lid fits securely, and it seems to be well made.

Liked the color and style. Just as pictured. Very pleased that the color worked for my decor. Nice vintage style, somewhat masculine.

Cons

The tea kettle has copper, or looks copper, on the bottom. It spits water out when it's boiling - it doesn't have anything to regulate the flow of boiling water out of the spout.
