It’s just the right softness, and has the perfect level of “tackiness”. The shape is very conducive to reducing hand fatigue. The ergonomic shape allows you to have a greater contact area with your hand.

The locking mechanism holds the grips right where you place them. This makes it nice to take your time positioning them without worrying about your window closing.

Cons

The design requires the bar ends to be clamped down on top of the grips' edge piece. The hex head screws that clamp this piece are soft metal and strip out easily. Why the * is there such cheap, brittle, worthless plastic on a tight tolerance?
