Think of it as the modernized version of those sticky erase pads that had that pen and film on top and scribbled to make the words or picture then peeled up the film to erase it

This was cool it was light it wasnt bad to view not back lit and you press the button to erase the screen

The scribbles are permanently stuck and since it is a sealed battery theres no way to try and take out the battery for a hard reset without ruining the thing
