Pros
The size is perfect. It catches at least 95% of the mess my 1-year-old can throw at it. More in line with my little one's launching radius.
this is durable, easy to fold and clean. Just kind of get grungy and dirty so it's good to replace every year.
Plastic is thick and very easy to wipe down. Easy to use a handheld vacuum on it. It's also really easy to clean with a washcloth. This wipes off extremely easily and helps us keep everything (more) contained.
Cons

Quality
Seems like it will be easy to clean and feels durable
This is durable and i’m sure it will last for years.
After less than a week, the legs of the high chair had already torn it in places.
We lay it down right before meal time and after i fold it up, shake it off outside, wipe it down, and put it away.
Price
Overall for the price i would highly recommend.
There probably won't be a long life span to this product, although for the price it may still be worth the time we have it.
Packaging/appearance
We just brought ours with us on a weekend trip and it folded up nicely (like a thinner towel) into our suitcase.
That aside when i first opened the package it has that typical plastic (think pool toy) smell, that i know will air out.
Competitiveness
The size is described as larger (in comparison to other products) which i can not imagine it being smaller (as that may not be helpful).
We were originally going to go with a less expensive brand, but we are so happy we paid a little more to get this one by booginhead.

We regularly move the high chair around on the wheels in order to clean the mat and that has caused it to rip

It did smell strongly when i opened it like pool raft but after airing it out in my garage over night its been fine inside
