It is unlike anything “similar” that i have ever owned. It works perfectly.
Stand is very sturdy. Holds ipad tablet sturdy enough to type with ease. Helps keep straight posture while reading.
It has just the right heaviness and is rock-solid. Metal holder arm, & joint bracket. Well constructed, heavy, easy to assemble. Packaged very well.

I’ve been looking for a book stand that would be adjustable and sturdy enough to hold sheet music.
It is sturdy and is taller than others which is what i needed.
Price
Credit for the product being as described; however, in the end i think it’s overpriced.
While i recommend it, i would say purchasing on a sale event is where it’s at.
