Borghese superiore state-of-the-art mascara is quite possibly the best mascara i have ever used. It is a blast from the past for me, from when i sold it in a * store with a cosmetic counter as a teenager, and i haven't heard the name for years. Just a... Read More

Formula is not gloppy and not wet. It also stays well for the work day and does not smudge. No smudging or smearing when applying or once on.

The brush applicator holds a perfect amount of product that went on easily. Nice straightforward applicator, no weird curvy or bent shapes. No dislikes.

The package is sleek. The case is rather luxurious and large.

Cons

The mascara comes out on the brush in globs. No volume, no length, it's not very black either. The product is so dry and barely any attaches to the brush. Better off buying a dollar store brand or costco.
