Pros

Blade is at perfect 90 deg. riving knife is perfectly aligned with the blade. Repeatable fence settings.

I like the saw but the overuse of composite and plastic and aluminum make it feel cheap. I understand the constraints portable imposes.

I love the portability and precision that goes with it. My only gripe is the advertising. However once you get used to it it's usable.

Cons

The price is good for a hobby/home installation, but i returned the saw without ever turning it on. It’s not consistent on which side it favors. It is clearly a design flaw as the bearing is at the bottom of shaft.

The safety features: riving knife, anti kick back dogs, double sided guard/shield are quick and easy to deploy and are well designed.

Good quality, very easy to assemble and to use.

All this said, it’s a portable saw not a 500 lb cast iron behemoth cabinet makers saw.

This saw leaves almost no sawdust behind with something simple like that.

Price

I was keeping my eye out for a good deal and saw this combo saw/ stand.

If you need a portable jobsite saw, this is a great buy.

I was hesitant to pay the "bosch premium" for a table saw - but relented based on the reviews.

The reviews don't lie - if you need to buy a bit less beer for a while to afford this thing, do it.

Competitiveness

In my opinion, bosch should go back to the ts2100.

I have to admit that i'm biased towards bosch as i love all bosch products i've purchased but can't give this one enough stars.

0 hp motor delivers more torque than many other manufacturers models so bogs down less under load.
