Pros

I am a homeowner that just retired from the aggregate industry, and this is a real quality tool. I wound up purchasing this somewhere else, but the unit itself is great. Nice rubber cord.

It pulls up tile faster than you can discard them. Took care of some concrete chipping and drilling. Made drilling into concrete like butter!

The * 11264evs rotary hammer is great for drilling holes in granite boulders. It runs chisel nicely for grout removal. Made 5 holes, 1/2 diameter, 4 deep in one boulder. Great drilling anchor bolt holes.

The vibration dampening system works great! The vibration-damping feature really works well! It is highly powerful and smooth. Compared to say the smaller units (bulldog) which don't have anti-vibration, this unit is actually less fatiguing.

Heavy, but nimble enough to be used for long periods of time. It is heavy but still beats swinging a sledge hammer all day. I wish it fit a little tighter and the box wasn’t as flimsy.

Cons

Now it drills but won't hammer. Very disappointed in the overall * experience.

Product was good when in chisel mode but didn't use the hammer with the drill mode till yesterday.

Jack hammering old fence post concrete was easier than my 45lb makita jackhanmmer, half the weight and lot less vibration.

Works good for light demo projects and drills holes like a champ.
