This table drove me crazy i could not get the center plate level finally and i mean finally i figured it out bosch if you read this please

Place the only screws that are hexhopefully you figured this out into the only nuts they fit into the only holes left not covered by the nice arrows in the other images and then place the plate on the screws then you can level wow it works i wonder how many of these bad reviews are looking for this answer
