Pros

The washing is good and machine while washing and drying makes very less noise. Not significantly quieter than my previous one, but definitely not noisy. The spinning is silent but leaves the clothes a bit moist. Good for small family.

Cons

Not happy with * washing machine and technician’s. Unable to file complaint and need to get attention for the e3 error while starting the washing machine. Within the first use of the machine, the drum got damaged. They offer me extended warranty.

Don't get fooled by the brand name. Rat mesh is of plastic and cheap quality. It's waste of money i need to scrap this wm. Don't buy this product really really unknowing this problem.

Compliant raised but still not respond from *. If machine goes wrong, there is noone to listen. Better buy lg samsung n be secured.

I find the lint filter kind of cheap plastic and it also doesn’t fit properly.

One n half yrs down the line (machine bought in nov 2019) just beyond warranty period , machine suddenly showing error and wont work.
