The saw has the ability to smoothly cut through wood without bogging down. This * is powerful enough to go through 1 plywood like butter. It has a line clearing/blowing feature, but my old saw was a little better at clearing the line.

I'm a hobby carpenter who grew up working in residential construction. I was introduced to this design for a saber saw at age 13. This saw is strong, accurate and so much smoother to operate than my older saws.

This is a powerful jigsaw designed for gripping the saw body by hand. The barrel grip is superior to the usual push handle type. This one seems a bit heavier than my last one, a bit bigger diameter which can be difficult for those with smaller hands.

Once you have everything set up the saw does an incredible job. Very accurate, with low to high speed and oscillating blade features. Precise, and super easy to control.

The barrel is quite large and cumbersome. The bayonet handle is too large a diameter. Rigid makes one smaller and more ergonomic to my hands, but it isn’t powerful enough.
