Pros

It has 5 sealed burners and heavy-duty metal knobs. It has good low heat simmer adjustment. Don't go out on simmer.

It appears to be a durable cooktop. That middle burner is awesome. Still looks brand new.

The lodge ldp3 double play reversible grill/griddle, 9. Inches wide. The grates allow ample space between the flame and bottom of pan. The grate is heavy – yup, and i love it.

Cons

Stainless cooktop burns itself after less than a month of moderate use. I want to return this stove if they don't guarantee it will not happen again. The surface material in this cook top is truly inferior.

As * debuts its industrial line, that's in appearance only. They replace the actual metal surface again and also changed a couple of the nozzles. The simmer burner singes everything--none of the burners goes low enough for an extended simmer.

Easy to clean, sturdy, and well made.

It does not wipe clean number 1, and the burners need to be removed and soaked in cleaner to take off the grime every month or 2.

The burners are too far from the grates and it doesn't heat fast or hot enough - not by my thinking.
