Good machine but the finish after cutting did not match previous mowers

Firstly the overall feel and design is better than the old model but its let down by the power cable which at 10 meters is way to short needs to be at least 20 meters and the grass box is going to be the first item to fail its very flimsy and not as easy to attach as the old one

Cut wont go down low enough lead too short

The cable connection to the mower needs careful handling otherwise it pulls out during mowing

The only thing i was a little disappointed was the lead is only 10 metres and for a mower like this you need 20 meters

I wouldn’t expect to have to deal with the manufacturer directly though with amazon washing their hands of it
