Pros
Only downside is the lengths are a bit screwy. Higher end jobber bits are very linearly longer as they get bigger. Just what you need for drilling smaller holes that the fractional bits don't cover.
Cons
Do not waste your money. The heat treating is wrong, they are way too brittle.
