Then i discovered that it consumes the battery power rapidly if you like to keep it locked at the highest setting

I think the second to the strongest setting is plenty for what youll typically need unless youre blowing big wet heavy leaves

You might get extra batteries for a longer life one because youre going to go through them quickly with the amount of power this uses
