Pros

It partners well with the lr8 receiver for daylight use. The only con is the brightness tends to very on the plumb settings from one side to another. The green is waaay better than the red in almost all comparable light conditions.

S leveling remote app makes it easy to use. It has never been subjected to rough handling, jarring, or *.

The bm-1 is a well manufactured and robust stand in most areas. Has tripod legs to extend for stability. The stand has a built in gear which allows raising and lowering the laser about 4 and is very smooth and has good drag so it doesn't wobble.

Cons

This unit is over priced and doesn't last. Amazon customer service clearly do not understand the amount of monetary value wasted on a product i will never use. For this price point, not be capable of outdoor use makes it not worth it.

There was no battery charger in the box, and needed to use the laser the next day. The missing part is a heavy-duty pouch. Case was damaged upon receiving.

Inside the box: this little (or not so little) laser should have its own contoured foam-cut-out, not that barebones pouch.

Competitiveness

In my opinion, this is the best option in its price range.

I have seen other types of lasers that are more expensive and can't even place a line below the laser.

Other than that, the gll3-330cg appears to be bosch's standard blend of decent cost and high quality.
