Pros
The unit can be stored compacted down and then opened up and extended when required. I have arthritic hands, but this is lightweight and easy to use. The product feels light weight with a quality finish.
The lithium battery is small and lightweight but lasts ages. Recharge only takes approx 1 hour. I have a matching hedge trimmer which i can switch the battery over.
This universalgrasscut however is brilliant. Highly impressed. Very well balanced product.
Cons
User manual is in very poorly translated english. It feels cheap and poorly constructed. Whole thing is totally impractical now, requires me to stoop at something like dwarf height.

The rotating head just about works ok but it feels poorly designed and sloppy

I also remember it making a high pitch screaming sound that felt as if it could make my ears bleed
