Quality build and for a very light weight (2lbs).
That's probably one of the worst design and functional decisions ever made.
My main complaint about bosch is the very poor reliability of their drivers that i have experienced.
Price
If you use a drill / driver frequently, this one is worth the price.

Shipping
I purchased the bare tool and it was shipped without the 4 piece bit set.
I have the two 2ah batteries which shipped with the driver, and two 3ah batteries.
But really, this drill should be shipping with 3.
Packaging/appearance
The charger was not included in the package.
Competitiveness
The on/off and slow speed is amazing compared to other drivers.
Now all that said, the gsr12v-300 is most definitely more powerful than the ps32.
The truth is, in normal use, most 12v drills by any of the major competitors will do the job needed of them.
This drill has two distinct advantages over the competition.
