Pros & Cons
Pros
The quality of the * masonry drills is excellent. Drilled over 350 1/4 by 3 deep holes on 1 bit in 30 year old concrete. Bought them mainly to drill through tile and concrete.
No overheating for me and very good for the price. Way better than the cheaper brands. Do not dull quickly.
Cons
Multiconstruction and metal is listed. Drilled out 4 small rivets on a drawing board and the * tip is mangled already. Did not work - left a tiny dent.
Highlights
Quality
High quality bits with a square base that does not slip on the chuck.
Works great and tip is still sharp after 18 holes of drilling concrete.
Drills through brick like a knife through butter
Have drilled 50+ holes in solid concrete with the two small sizes without breaking.
Price
No overheating for me and very good for the price.
I felt the value was there for the price paid.
First got a set of less expensive.
Shipping
Fast delivery right when i needed it.
Packaging/appearance
I did like the packaged said for drilling into concrete.
Competitiveness
I tried ryobi, dewalt, and various others and this is the only one that made the job effortless with a hammer drill.
I may have been better off buying more cheaper 1/2" standard bits and replacing as they dulled.
