Pros
Powerful, most importantly it works. Use this mostly for making large batches of soup at work. I hope the plastic gearing is up to the power of the motor.
Heavy, powerful, yet tidy product which i'm very pleased with. It is very easy to clean. This one is brilliant. Best to rinse the blending blade as soon as possible after use.
Cons
The middle pin is plastic and it melted. No recourse from amazon/* and not possible to order replacement part. Replacement lids are available from parts suppliers but it’s cheaper to buy a whole new hand blender, which is a terrible waste.

Best to rinse the blending blade as soon as possible after use otherwise tricky to clean.
We now don't need to let the soup cool to pour into the blender.
Competitiveness
I make a lot of homemade soup and got tired with decanting the soup off into a liquidiser and all the cleaning that involved.
I stupidly bought a russell hobbs 3-in-1 blender set in the supermarket and immediately regretted it.

The connections slopped and wobbled about the chopper vibrated violently and the whisk wires were thin and floppy
