This should be included with the bosh hand saw. This is the strongest and most useful rip gauge i have found for circular saws. Use it for my makita 36v 7 1/4 cordless saw.
A lifesaver. Beats using my hand and getting splinters. Saves you at least $10. Does the job but kinda expensive for what you get.
Fits perfectly now. It comes with the thumbscrew so it was held solidly in place. Comes with a retaining screw and spring, which also fit.
The price is right and the unit is hefty. Made in taiwan and not guangdong province prc. A deal right now at $8, reg.

I purchased the suggested hitachi metabo 301806 thumb screw (made in japan) on amazon.
Use with makita 36v rear handle 7 1/4 drive saw.

Need also to buy a 6mx15 wing bolt to fit the fence to that saw since the bolt included with this fence doesnt fit the makita saw

Makita conveniently does not include the fence or thumbscrew with this saw and no one has the makita version for purchase

You will need to purchase a thumbscrew as the included bosch thumbscrew is too small diameter hitachi 301806 wing bolt
