So with the supplied kit you can only have the speakers 2m apart.

I keep them in my work office so they are constantly on 8-6 everyday and the sound quality hasn't changed in any way.

I agree with the reviewer below the 'control pad' is brilliant as it controls not only the volume but also the power/mute.

Absolutely blown away by the sound

This means you do not have infra red remote control so be prepared to get up and walk to the unit if you want to alter the volume
