Did what i wanted @ a good price.

Packaging/appearance

Packaging- they were wrapped in plastic- which i hate!

The material could be described as leatherette with memory foam padding inside the earpads.

Once you dig into the package, you'll find the headphones and an extremely-nice zippered leather case.

Competitiveness

Had i gone directly to these headphones a couple years ago instead of picking up my hd-25 ii's, i may rate these higher.

The oe2's certainly aren't as great as the hd-25 ii's, but they will easily beat every other set of cans i listed.
