It's a brutal disappointment coming from a brand i trusted. No instruction or any printed material. I expect i'm going lose money when i sell them, but, honestly, i'm relieved they are leaving the house.

Skips and skips. They are unreliable. Here is a snapshot of one of the useless errors.

The ios app seems to throw up its hands immediately in failure if it doesn't find a speaker. When you open the app it takes about 1 minute to load properly only for then to ask you to update the speaker.

This speaker has serious connectivity problems. The speaker is merely 10 feet from our router as is my laptop. Without good connectivity a wireless speaker is a piece of electronic junk.

Once out of warranty it costs $75 to speak to someone to reset the device. If you toggle between the apps music and your own itunes library it gets annoying. The 2 phones are just regular models of samsung and iphone.

I have couple the are ten years old and sound quality is as good as the new one.

Easy to pair, and sound quality that mimicked that of a house speaker system.

I have this paired up with an alexa device and a bluetooth turntable (though i have to resync every time i swap sources).

Great sound and speaker for size but isn’t super powerful bass wise

Bought this off amazon and it was worth every penny.
