The disc player seems bent inside. Sometimes i need to insert, expel, wipe and re-insert several times before it decides to start playing properly. They will no longer repair the cd player, so we now have a system where half of it still works.

It's clear bestdealtec is less than honest threating to charge 50% of the cost of a bose wave to restock if any defect was found. Bose customer service was absolutley deplorable. Deceptive not to mention this limitation in the description.

The radio seems to have trouble getting clear fm reception - lots of sputtering in my particular unit. The lettering is dull and positioned so that you have to bend down and look up to see what station you are on. The sound quality is worse than my ot...  Read More

The only answer all 3 times is advertisements on other products you can buy. Total ripoff. Amazon removes this low life company from their seller list.

I am a boze fan, but this is an outlier. Just trying to get those people to try and get another replacement is a real disappointment. Our christmas music was ruined.
