Pros
Pc has 16gb of ddr4 memory (in one slot) and a 512gb ssd. Has windows 11 pro already installed. Easy to setup and get running.
As a basic computer it is pretty darn good. It is good enough for classic gaming and some of the newer games. Overall, its a great little pc for anything but gaming.
It has multiple ports including usb-a, usb-c, rj45 lan, a 3. Mm headphone jack. Has enough connectivity for an htpc.
Cons
Had to return the product.
Highlights
Quality
Clean system with no bloatware, ran a full scan using avg, bitdefender, and windows defender (offline).
Videos play smoothly, and the picture quality is great.
During a simple burn-in test it hit a full 85c within about 30 seconds, the fan maxed out, and the cpu began throttling.
Confusing design - they put tape over the cpu heatsink, and on top of the case to limit airflow out of the mini-pc case.
Price
For this great price i was amazed at how efficient it was.

Would have been nice to have 16gb ram, but its good enough for the price.
Packaging/appearance
There were no items in the package that were missing or damaged.
The box doesn't come with a mouse or keyboard, but i just used a mouse/keyboard set and plugged in the usb receiver.
The downside is that there is a chip that came with this box and i have no idea what it is for.
Competitiveness
Overall, i think this is a great alternative to a laptop.
Connecting via either ethernet port or wifi results in comparable speeds as my main pc.
Overall i'm happy with the pc and think it's a good choice over the intel boxes that are in similar (or sometimes more) price brackets.
The ryzen 3 chip is much better than any of the intel n-95 n100 n97 chips

Id found that hitting the del key on boot got me into the bios but almost in some kind of safe mode which prevented turning off secure boot

It required some research about which keys could be used f7 got me into a boot settings menu which then could get me to the bios in another mode
