This rear view license camera is pretty cool you can install it wirelessly the picture is decent and clear and the connection over wireless seems good

The typical black bulky ones on amazon that i also bought actually look pretty cheap even on a black car but this chrome one looks pretty highend

It does partially cover the top of my license plate but ill deal with that if i ever get pulled over

Specifically the camera comes with a power cord and a video cord but the video cord had an attached lead that is not documented

So i used the extra wire and attached it to the 12v radio power in the dash and tapped into the backup sensor in the dash to automatically turn the car display to the camera view when i put it in reverse

For cars with easy access to the power sources at the rear of the car the power wires can be connected directly to the backup light wires and the extra wire on the video feed can be used to feed the backup signal to the radio to control displaying the camera
