Pros & Cons
Pros
Great metronome with tons of functionality. The clip on the back is a great feature.
Cons
I have two of these, and both reset to 120 bpm. They eat batteries at an obscene rate and have a ridiculous glitchy problem of reseting whenever it feels like it.
I like its features and functioning - except the stand that holds it upright falls off. Other thing that is horrible is no way to stand it up. Count me frustrated and disappointed.
Bottom line, it's a chintzy little gadget that's way over priced.
This device is not even close (at least fore me) to being intuitive nor easy to use. The midi features are probably useful to some folks, but its not at all useful to me.
Reviewer says he waited two weeks for it to arrive. Not impressed with the 90-day warranty. Wants to return it, but can't find a way to get a good warranty from boss.
Highlights
Quality
Best metronome, very accurate and loud when i need it.
Very easy to adjust, adjustable volume & pause buttons are handy.

Maybe not as fancy as some of the others but a great value and does what you need it to do.
Competitiveness
I have tried different metronomes before, but none of them as convenient as this one.
The makers have added a clip in case you want to wear the db-30 on your belt, which seems like a weird choice.

The makers should ditch the belt clip and add a decent stand
