Packaging/appearance

It effectively removed all of the glue without damaging the floors.

Also, paint thinner, lacquer thinner, wd40, alcohol --- virtually no effect at all on the glue.

Competitiveness

It had leaked through the interior ziplock bag (that had also been taped shut) out through to the exterior of the envelope.
