The best part is the rubberized sole/heels. A semi dress shoe is their purpose. They are very comfortable and have a heel.

The comfort is similar to my timberland loafers but at about 1/2 the price. True to size and comfortable. Great for work, walks, and a little manual labor.

This is my second pair, the first pair lasted 2 years. My job isn't too labor intensive currently so these have held up well after 7 or so months. He wears them everyday to work, and they held up very well.

These are cheap stuff leather with a cloth/cardboard-like heal. They scuff easily and don't hold a shine. Walking in rain or light snow is a chore and gets dangerous.
