Pros
The style is a bit conservative but not too dowdy. Long lasting and durable. Comfortable fit takes precedence for me.
The sole has support cup on the heels which prevents your foot from sliding around. The extra padding does wonders for my feet.
Cons

Quality
I haven't had any problems with the laces as others have but i will buy more from the store if needed as this was about the shoe itself.
Shoe fits well and seems to be of good quality and construction.
I have not been able to find them locally and a quick search for the sku # lead me to amazon.
Packaging/appearance
Com, and they feel comfortable right out of the box.
