Pros
The cushion is amazing. I like that it's big, and i can squirm around, sit on my leg, etc. No real soreness while remaining very breathable and comfortable.
Bowery chair is spectacular and completely worth it, checking almost all of my boxes minus a few nitpicks that i think i can work around. Looks great, above average adjustability (more than just up and down), decently comfortable.
There is a noticeable difference in the length of time i can tolerate sitting at my desk. The sliding seat adjustment feature lets me sit closer to the desk with great lumbar support.
It's incredibly easy to assemble, and it offers great lumbar support (which i really need in a chair) solidly built without being too heavy. Sturdy design firstly.

Cons
Seller could not confirm what they might send me to replace the wrong / non-fitting hardware. Plastics start to crack after a year of use. Do yourself a favor and buy a used herman miller off of a local trade app for the same price.

I researched chairs for 2 months and ended up with the black and white version.
Price
I initially thought it was too good to be true at this price.
Shipping
Laura davidson is awesome to communicate with (i had some shipping questions and actually spoke to a human when i called them directly).
Shipping took a full month but it was worth it!
Packaging/appearance
Love how easy this chair was to assemble, packaging was excellent.
Both chairs are fantastic, but for the price, the bowery chair slightly edges out the sayl .
Competitiveness
It's a good-quality rubber, but it kinda reminds me of car tires.
My husband has a sayl; he bought it when they were a bit more reasonably priced.
Reference: i am a 5’8” male ~180lbs.
- armrest has started to crack after about a year's useoverall a decent chair but doesn't really match it's msrp price in my opinion.

As you can see in pictures to my ocd self i couldn’t just let it slide though it’s only cosmetic i contacted the company and they assured me it is brand new and not pre“used” for a lack of better terms chair is comfy and comparable to the real version which is the herman miller sayl but at a little over 200 less

It was easy enough to assemble but as soon as i sat in it i said to myself wait theres no way thats the lowest setting

Pros looks great above average adjustability more than just up and down decently comfortablecons quality is no where close to herman millers sayl which this seems to be a replica of

The armrests wobble tolerances are pretty bad and there are a lot of cheap materials in the less visible areas of the chair
