The quick pickled fennel to go with is perfect. Since the recipes are so big and easily doubled/tripled if needed, packing up for grab-and-go meals is a snap. I am a married, working mother of two who stayed home for in-person schooling.

I liked the book pretty well it would have been better if the nutrition profile was on the same page as the recipe instead of on a separate section

I thought i wouldn’t like the 2 serving size recipes but in practice most i’ve made end up as 34 servings anyway because i have more ingredients than the recipe calls for and the sauce recipes make a lot

Some of these recipes have knocked my socks off budda bowl shrimp and grits are my favorites so far

I would say the portions for 2 are good sizes for us sometimes there is a bit left for a small lunch for me
