The vendor was more than available when i called prior to the purchase with some questions i had regarding the product.
Packaging/appearance
I would not recommend this for individually wrapped (pyramid/rectangular) sachets, as the packaging makes them too wide for this set up.
Was shipped quickly and i even got a choice of colors.

Note that they will only fit standard teabags

Had to return two other purchases because it couldnt hold teabags or the lid wouldnt shut
