It did feel good on my back but the shoulders needed to be dropped down and the area on each side did not fit properly

The elastic is not attached to eachother so you can adjust where you want the most support along your upper back

I ordered an xxxl and it’s definitely big enough around but just doesn’t fit my body right but i’m pretty tall at 5’10
