There is an additional strap that is used to pull the two panels tauter after the velcro is secured to provide a snugger fit.
At this price point, it's amazing value for money as it is a well-made, effective specialised item that should last for ages.
The brace consists of two main panels and a back piece which attaches to both sections by means of heavy-duty velcro.
