At this time, i am very satisfied with the relief i've gotten while wearing it.
I really liked the construction of the brace, but i had to return it as i felt it was defective with the velcro straps.
The problem is with the small velcro hooks used on the strap side not staying hooked up with the larger hooks used on the main belt.

They are to small and dont stick up high enough to make the constant grip required especially at the leading edge of the strap thus the strap begins to loosen and come undone at the edge

I’ll just wear it over a thin camishirt

It doesnt work very well for the upper waist area since it is not as wide as some other belts
