You could definitely bend your wrist against the resistance if you tried hard enough but it would be very hard to do so unintentionally

Not so bad that id go through the hassle of return but problematic enough that i wouldnt buy it again

My only complaint is that when wearing it i have to reposition it every once in a while because the thumb hole doesn’t hold tension and pops loose

I should also mention that if you use for tennis you will have to simply wrap the entire cloth wrap around your wrist
