I know it will go against your better judgment to chew on powder, it will feel weird but there is essentially no taste.
Put water in first, then the powder and shake.

I like that i have not had skin issues like i do when i take whey protein however any benefits outside of the aforementioned i have yet to see

Its basically got the consistency of a very fine powdered sugar but like any powdered product that doesnt have flow agents it will clump a bit
