I finally broke down and bought this after having to call the plumber out at least once every year usually because of my 3 young boys and a hair shedding wife and about 50 of the time i could clear the drain with my small 14 auger but it is only 25 feet long and doesn’t run all the way to the sewer

We purchased an expensive ridgid 75 auger we were able to use it 3x and the cable would not retract or play out rendering it unusable

We bought ours from hd and it was clearly marked no return once opened

Plus receiving the box it is clearly markedirony that it cannot be returned if opened or used now i understand used but opened that makes no sense

The drillpower source is pretty cheesy but understand that you can probably replace it with a 15 generic replacement if and when it burns out
