Brasscraft is capitalizing on its reputation to sell cheap lookalikes to naive diy repair people. The internals are plastic, not metal. The valve leaks, not fast but a steady drip, drip.

These are the best, easy to install and no leaks.

I found these to be well constructed and of good quality.

Never leaks and worth changing your shut off valve to.

I heard open and closed them every six months makes them last longer.

Price

Happy to get them at a good price, hate changing them.

Very reasonable price & easy to install.

But i found them at amazon a little price.

It is inexpensive because the internal closure mechanism is a plastic sleeve as opposed to a brass ball with a hole in it.
