Reviewer says it's disappointing to see such a good product from a well-known brand fail to live up to its billing. Also unhappy with the lack of an adapter for the 2 pin plug.
The braun 5 series shaver is terrible at trimming hair. The body groomer attachment cuts into you if it's anything other than perfectly flat. Not impressed buying a second hand item that is used for personal grooming.
Battery back up is extremely poor. It's mgk 7221 model but battery life is only 15 mins max. All 4 are now broken, either a completely depleted battery that lasts for literally 30 seconds or the blade is so worn off that it hurts to use.

Loads of accessories, great battery life, lightweight and does a great job.
The blades are super sharp and the machine is much qui8than my old one.
Very annoyed, assumed it would come with a usb or uk style plug but it doesn’t so haven’t been able to charge or use yet

Lots of accessories for all your needs, great price and gift when on sale.
I got this for only £49, due to black friday and the fact it’s also been reduced due to a new model now being available.
There’s nothing on the series 9 that would warrant paying an extra £50.

I need a beard trimmer in my routine either to keep a stubble look or to prep for shaving

The things i dont like is i find the body a bit smooth with no proper grippy sections so if you are not careful the trimmer can slip out of your hand especially if youre constantly rinsing off the blade area to clean it and your hands get a bit wet
