The readings can link to the braun healthy heart app on your phone which i found to be a smooth process and which is also very helpful for tracking fitness generally

Comes with instructions but didnt even need these as you just follow the on screen instructions

The only thing i might mention is that the screen turns off fairly quickly but that is not really an issue
