This is inaccurate and does not work! The ear one is by far the better product! Sorry but no. I know that there is a slight difference of the result from axilla and forehead, but in this case it is way to different. Do not purchase.

I have no other thermometer so i cannot compare the reading of the body temperature

But i used the food bath mode to test the water temperature twice the reading was the same as my room temperature thermometer

But there is an annoying thing the time to be ready to use after powering on is up to 10 seconds
