I dont always read instructions and looking at the size of the manual it put me off a bit although much of that includes instructions in many different languages but even without instructions i worked out how to use it in 5 minutes

Theres a picture on the screen of where your arm should be across your chest which helps you get your arm into the correct position for an accurate reading

This monitor does it for you it will not work unless it is in the correct position

This quite bulky machine with reasonably detailed instructions worked straight out of the box

I tried one of these a few years ago and it was not very accurate or consistent

It works like most monitors of its type in that you place in around your wrist press the button and the monitor does the rest

This monitor also allows for 2 sets of results to be recorded and saved and these can be downloaded via usb onto your computer which ive yet to do
