Pros
I have not been disappointed. I hope the razor turns out to be as good as their customer service! Quality is amazing.
The redesigned cleaning tank is a vast improvement over the older version. Upgraded from a series 5. The newest is cool because it’s lighter and a little less noisey.
norelco's 9460 razor works marvelously in tight spots. Narrow passes left to right along my jaw work marvelously with the 9460. the 9460 is heavier, but to my hand, it feels like a quality weightiness.
Cons
The shaver is fine, but the cleaner component is now spewing toxic, flammable cleaner solution all over the bathroom. It is so close to being good, but with such a fatal flaw.
This unit is super expensive and does a poor job of shaving. The shave is spotty at best and does not give a close or comfortable shave. My old norelco cuts much better.

If i shave every day it works fine but if i let it grow 3+ days it's easier to get out the shaving cream and the blade.
